Tennisbums.com will process orders during regular business hours 8:00AM - 7:00PM Pacific Standard time. All orders recieved require one business day to ship.

All order fullfillment timelines are based entirely on shipping and credit card data recieved from the customers. In some cases, a confirmation phone call or email may be required to expeditite customer orders and within this transaction may delay the shipping of merchandise to the customer.

Tennisbums.com will make every effort to ensure customer satisfaction and take steps to insure the speed of shippments. It is assumed that customers placing orders give all the relevent data required by the order form to insure quick transaction of the their orders.

In the event tennisbums.com does not currently have the ordered item in stock, tennisbums.com will notify the customer via email or phone. Tennisbums.com will not charge the customer credit card for items that are NOT shipped!
